My friend, talented photographer and fellow vegan Tim (@cherry_timato) is in the RVR studio this week to break down all the different, sometimes bizarre, vegan diets. We also get into our own dietary habits, chat about the vegan Youtubing world, and taste-test strange Japanese food.
Some of the diets we cover are: high carb low fat (HCLF) and all the sub-categories of HCLF, fruitarian, vegan paleo, SOS-free, junk food, starch solution, and whole starch low fat (WSLF).
