THE DRESSING SERIES: THICK & CREAMY W/ A KICK (2/4)

Welcome back to the dressing series! This is the second of 4 of my favorite dressing recipes I am sharing with you. You can see the recipe for the first one, a simple lemon tahini dressing, here.

THICK & CREAMY W/ A KICK (2 servings):

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp non-dairy yogurt (I used Kite Hill’s plain almond yogurt)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp gochujang
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1 tbsp (about 1 wedge) lemon juice

METHOD:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  • Mix until well combined
