THE DRESSING SERIES: SESAME SOY DRESSING (3/4)

Processed with VSCO with f2 presetIMG_5584

This is the third of four recipes in my dressing series. You can see the recipe for the first one, a simple lemon tahini dressing here; and the second one, a thick & creamy with a kick dressing here.

The first post also explains pantry staples for healthy and yummy dressings, so be sure to read that one if you want more info.

SESAME SOY (2 servings):

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce (I used Huy Fong chili garlic)
  • 4 tsp water

METHOD:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  • Mix until well combined

Processed with VSCO with hb2 preset

Some examples of how I’ve used it:

(As dipping sauce)

(In noodle salad)
