This blog has changed quite a bit over the years.
Let me explain…
I started this blog September 2014 to document my life in college, but it morphed more into a health/fitness blog when I went vegan in December 2014. I soon came to realize that my true passion– my niche– is being a vegan runner.
So now I write a lot about veganism, running, and my personal experiences living as a 20-something in NYC.
I also recently launched a podcast, Running Vegan Radio, where I explore various topics relating to veganism/running and chat with those in the health/fitness community. I created it with the intent of it being an extension of this blog. You can check out Running Vegan Radio on iTunes. You can also listen to all the episodes on the blog.
I post new podcast episodes every Monday and written posts every Thursday. If you don’t want to have to keep checking back for new content, you can follow the blog by clicking the “follow” button to the right.
When I’m not blogging, I like to watch TV (Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Office, and Breaking Bad are some of my go-tos), scope out the newest vegan restaurants, and read (mostly non-fiction).
